2. Batteries selecting:
We will check the battery again to guarantee the gull and same capacity
3. Battery pairing:
We will check the voltage for each battery and choose those batteries with same voltage to guarantee the life time.
4. Bracket assembling:
We use brackets to assemble those batteries,Which is more firm and has efficient heat dissipation.
5. Batteries welding
We will weld those batteries with connecting sheet to reduce the heat.
6. BMS welding
We will choose high quality BMS board with overcharge, over discharge,over current, temperature, short circuit,and balance protections.Sheet to reduce the heating.
7. Aging test
We will do the aging test to guarantee the steady charging and discharging.
8. Epoxy Material Packaging
We use thick epoxy material to encapsulate the batteries pack that make it stable,safe and beautiful.
9. Tape seal
We use high-temperature resistant tape to encapsulate the batteries pack with fixed action and prevent moisture functions.
