The battery in the portable electronic equipment is limited to two. According to the relevant regulations of the civil aviation for the battery: Lithium batteries are not allowed to be carried in the checked baggage, and only the consumer electronic devices containing the lithium or lithium ion battery cells or batteries for personal use can be carried with them.
The backup battery must be individually protected against short circuits and can only be carried in hand luggage. The backup battery is limited to 2 per person.
