Causes of vulcanization of lead-acid batteries

- Aug 15, 2019-

Long-term battery retention, long-term overcharge and undercharge during charging, high current discharge during use, it is easy to cause vulcanization of the battery. Its appearance is: once put on the light, a charge is full, we call it the "fake damage" of the battery. The sulfide substance sulfate adheres to the electrode plate, which reduces the reaction area between the electrolyte and the electrode plate, and rapidly attenuates the battery capacity. Loss of water will increase the vulcanization of the battery; vulcanization will increase the water loss of the battery, and it will easily form a vicious circle.
